REAL TIME, REMOTE DIGITAL CONTROL

MAXIMUM I/O & MESSAGE RECIPIENTS
FACTWARE accommodates up to 256 Analog and Digital I/O points comprised of wired sensors, wireless sensors and actuators. Each message can be sent to up to 64 different recipients. A single computing device running FACTWARE becomes the communications and control hub for numerous pieces of equipment and personnel.
CONDITIONAL LOGIC ENABLES CONTROL OF COMPLEX EVENTS
Events that compromise performance or cause equipment failure are often caused by multiple, interactive variables. With FACTWARE, the user defines conditional logic statements that describe complex conditions known to cause problems. When such conditions occur, a user-defined digital command is automatically sent to correct the problem. Result: You attain precise remote control over complex events.
A LOW COST, COMPACT SCADA
When FACTWARE-enabled devices are extensively deployed to monitor and control many pieces of equipment and communicate among numerous personnel, the result is a dynamic, interactive communications and control network, similar to a SCADA, but at a small fraction of the cost. AUTOMATIC DATA UPLOAD & HISTORICAL DATA ANALYSIS
Performance data can be periodically uploaded from FACTWARE-enabled computers to desktop PCs for storage and analysis. Time and date stamping of data provides a validation mechanism. Since data is in Excel, it can be analyzed by inexpensive Microsoft-compatible Statistical Process Control programs. SPC analyses enable detection of hidden problems and facilitate optimization of the performance of both equipment and people.
AUTOMATIC REPORT WRITING
Because FACTWARE runs on Windows CE it is fully compatible with other Microsoft programs. Historical performance reports and data and event logs are automatically sent to the user in an Excel spreadsheet format, making report writing quick, easy and highly accurate. Time and date stamping of FACTWARE generated performance data automatically validates data.
HIGHEST SECURITY
FACTWARE is password protected and encrypted so sensitive data and equipment is guarded by the highest levels of security. Unauthorized persons cannot gain access as long as simple procedures are followed.
